Monday Practice Times (Grimesthorpe Road):

• Newaza Practice (Groundwork)- 8:00 to 9:30pm - Ages 16 and over

Wednesday Practice Times (Grimesthorpe Road):

• Tachi-waza Session (Throwing) - 8:00 to 9.30pm - Ages 16 and over

Mat Fees:

• 1 Session - £4 per session
• 4 Sessions - £12 payable in advance

Currently only cash payments are accepted on a session to session basis.
